Ayuda Media Systems (“Ayuda”), an out-of-home ad tech company announced today at the 2018 Digital Signage Expo that Val Morgan Outdoor (VMO), one of Australia’s leading out-of-home media owners, has selected Ayuda’s software as the backbone for all ad operations including sales, digital ad serving, and customer-facing enablement tools. As part of the HOYTS Group of companies the VMO network includes more than 10,000 digital advertising screens across 100 locations in Australia and New Zealand, engaging high-value audiences where they work, shop and commute & live VMO has already migrated more than half of its extensive national advertising network to Ayuda’s digital CMS and player since officially signing the partnership in late 2017.

Anthony Deeble, HOYTS Group Chief Commercial Officer & VMO Founder, commented: “We chose Ayuda due our shared culture of innovation and drive to connect advertisers with the right audiences at the right time. VMO has led the industry with innovation since its inception and in particular the launch of DART (Digital outdoor Audience in Real Time) and similarly Ayuda has repeatedly demonstrated that it is a company of firsts.”

VMO will continue to implement Ayuda’s end-to-end advertising business platform over the coming months, which will further enhance the company’s ability to offer the industry-leading responsive service and advertiser engagement capabilities for which it is renowned. VMO’s DART is already fully integrated with Ayuda’s digital ad serving platform, making it easy for advertisers to target and engage with more than 20 different demographic types automatically. Daniel Fleischer, Ayuda’s Global VP of Business Development & Marketing, commented: “VMO is recognized as one of Australia’s most pioneering media companies. In selecting Ayuda as technology partner to power all advertising sales business operations, VMO has made a commitment to continue its track record of excellence and innovative offerings to market. In a very short amount of time, Ayuda and VMO together have already run several programmatic campaigns that offer advertisers high value, while streamlining VMO’s operating efficiencies. Media owners such as VMO who choose to run the entire Ayuda Platform have maximum flexibility in how media campaigns are planned and optimized. As Ayuda unveils more optimization-centric offerings this year, I have no doubt that VMO will be among the first of our partners when going-to-market. Ayuda loves working with smart media companies who live, as we do, on the bleeding edge – VMO is without a doubt, one such company.”
