Ayuda Media Systems (“Ayuda”) and YESCO Electronics (“YESCO”) announced today at the OAAA/TAB 2011 National Convention that they intend to develop Ayuda’s Splash™ platform as a Content Management System (CMS) and digital player alternative for their electronic billboards. The partnership will afford network operators using YESCO signs access to Ayuda’s digital CMS direct from YESCO, while also providing a seamless upgrade path to Ayuda’s comprehensive Splash™ ERP suite for digital and traditional signs.
“YESCO has been providing comprehensive digital billboard services to our customers since the outdoor industry adopted digital in 2003,” said Rod Wardle, Vice President at YESCO Electronics.
“We pride ourselves in offering flexibility and solutions tailored to our customer’s needs, from design/install to leasing and content creation. Now our customers will have Ayuda’s comprehensive DOOH content management platform as yet another fantastic option available to them to manage their digital networks.” Splash™ is a comprehensive media management system for Digital OOH networks that includes asset management, day and week-part scheduling and targeting, dynamic and static loop templates, peer-to-peer content distribution, and network monitoring capabilities. Splash™ ties in seamlessly with Ayuda’s flagship BMS ERP software suite, which includes modules for sales and proposal generation, billing and invoicing, leasing, mapping, proof of performance, and financial reporting.
Andreas Soupliotis, Ayuda’s CEO, commented: “We are very excited about the opportunity to partner with YESCO and deliver an end-to-end solution for YESCO’s clients. With this strategic partnership, YESCO’s billboard operators will have the option to easily leverage Ayuda’s mature OOH ERP platform to manage the entire media planning workflow, inclusive of their digital assets.”
Jeremy Male, chairman of the Outdoor Media Centre, said: “With the bidding for outdoor advertising around the Olympics and the new outdoor audience research coming up, 2011 and 2012 are very exciting years for the outdoor industry. It is time for advertisers and agencies to reappraise the role of outdoor. This re-launch will benefit the whole industry.”
